KLD Gym

The KLD Gym services include a full service fitness center behind Merritt Square Mall formerly known as World Gym. The KLD gym is open to the public and provides a clean positive atmosphere for a great workout. KLD Gym offers a complete cardiovascular center, free weights, controlled free weights, and a vast array of cardio equipment. The KLD Gym offers numerous cardio classes including Aerobic, Step and boot camp style workouts in addition to our very popular cardio kickboxing class. Also available are personal trainers, daycare services, and a full line of nutritional supplements. The KLD gym requires no contracts and offers reasonable rates.
